ENHANCE Project Meeting and MOOC Training Session: agenda now available

ENHANCE Project Meeting

The ENHANCE consortium will meet at Frederick University, Limassol Campus, from 27 to 29 May 2026 for a three-day Project Meeting and MOOC Training Session dedicated to the review and finalisation of the project’s educational contents.

The meeting will take place in a hybrid format, with consortium partners attending in person and six invited external expert mentors joining online to provide feedback on the draft training modules.

The session represents an important step in the development of the ENHANCE learning pathway, as partners will work together to review the content of both MOOCs: MOOC 1, addressed to esports players, and MOOC 2, addressed to parents and guardians.

During the three-day programme, partners will discuss project progress, review the results achieved so far, and focus on the refinement of the educational materials before the piloting phase. Particular attention will be given to the quality, clarity and relevance of the training contents, as well as to their alignment with the project’s objectives of promoting healthier, safer and more socially responsible esports environments.

Overview

The first day of the meeting will focus on project updates and the review of MOOC 1, with sessions dedicated to the five modules developed for esports players.

The second day will be entirely devoted to MOOC 2, with partners and mentors reviewing the modules designed for parents and guardians.

The final day will include a wrap-up session, discussion on mentors’ feedback, planning of the piloting activities, feedback survey implementation, project management, financial reporting and next steps.

The meeting will be hosted by Dr. Achilleas Achilleos at Frederick University, in Cyprus.
